The recently built equestrian features offer a breezy center-aisle barn with 14 stalls that are all 12 x 12 ft, tack and feed rooms, fly spray system, fans and automatic water to each stall, a half bath and a nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath grooms apartment.
All aisle ways have inlaid rubber matting and there are 4 wash stalls in the barn with fans as well. Directly adjacent to the barn is the beautiful 66 x 198 ft covered arena which features premium GGT footing plus full dressage mirrors and can be enjoyed from the barn's covered viewing area.
There is also a round pen with solid, tapered walls and 6 paddocks with water to each paddock and shade trees.
Pricing as follows:
2026 Season: $1,275 per stall/month with a 4 month minimum (there is a minimum # of horses required).
2026 season: $23,375/month with 4-month minimum- entire property incl main house.
2026 season: Barn, 1/1 apt and equestrian features only- $17,850/month with a 4 month minimum.
Annually: $11,900/month for entire property including main house.
